People remain the authors and decision-makers
Roomie does not generate a position on someone’s behalf or own a consequential decision. Contributions and confirmations come from people and stay connected to them.
Roomie works with the question or goal, the conversation, and the knowledge available to that room. It helps people notice, connect, and preserve what matters while responsibility stays human.

When private writing support is available, it helps a participant make their own point clearer. A draft is never public until its author chooses to post it.
In a Discussion Room, Roomie reads the question, sources, and contributions. In a Collaboration Room, it can also use the room’s Shared Knowledge, with source references kept visible.
Signals, summaries, and candidate decisions are based on the room’s actual conversation and knowledge. The system reveals relationships and tensions rather than inventing a position.
A public synthesis is reviewed before publication. A collaboration decision is confirmed by responsible members. Assisted output remains a navigational layer, not unquestionable truth.
If an assisted feature is unavailable or uncertain, participation and knowledge work continue. The safest fallback is a functioning human room, not a confident machine guess.
