Think together.
Keep what you learn.

Knowrum gives communities and teams two purpose-built rooms. Discussion Rooms turn a question into grounded perspectives and synthesis. Collaboration Rooms keep a goal, shared material, decisions, and Roomie together in one private workspace.

Choose the path that matches the work

Discuss when the work begins with a question. Collaborate when it begins with a goal and shared material. Embed when a focused discussion should live inside an existing product or publication.

01 / Discuss

Explore a question together.

Open a source-grounded conversation, gather distinct perspectives, and preserve the patterns and synthesis that emerge.

02 / Collaborate

Work from a shared knowledge base.

Give an invite-only team one room for documents, links, notes, images, grounded discussion, decisions, and ongoing memory.

03 / Embed

Bring discussion into context.

Place a focused Discussion Room inside a publication, product, or community site so people can contribute without leaving the moment that matters.

A Collaboration Room, from source material to a grounded decision

The example below is a private Collaboration Room. Shared material lives at the left, the team and Roomie work through it in the centre, and decisions stay visible at the right. Citations keep every useful claim connected to the knowledge that informed it.

01

Shared Knowledge

Files, notes, images, and links stay organised beside the work.

02

Grounded discussion

People and Roomie can point back to the exact material they use.

03

Decisions and current state

Confirmed outcomes and open questions remain visible after the conversation moves on.

06 / Roomie

Intelligence that works with the room, not above it

People bring the judgment, experience, and responsibility. Roomie helps everyone navigate what the room already knows, see relationships, and carry useful context forward.

  1. 06.01

Reads the room and its knowledge

Roomie follows the goal or question, the working material, and the conversation together, with source references kept visible.

  2. 06.02

    Surfaces what deserves attention

It points to recurring ideas, useful tensions, unanswered questions, and possible decisions without taking authorship away from people.

  3. 06.03

    Helps the work leave memory

Depending on the room, that memory can be a reviewed synthesis, a decision record, or the current state of a collaboration.

“Kako da oblikujemo ponudu i cene za novi proizvod?”

Choose a lens on what the room discovered.

The session started from a question about shaping pricing and offers for a new product, and mostly turned into a back-and-forth where one participant proposed a series of price points (from 12 to 30 EUR) for different product formats (single items, gift sets, seasonal bundles, campaigns), asking the agent to generate ideas and check comparable market prices for each.
